Shipping Coverage & Fulfillment

We currently operate local warehouses in:

Mexico

All orders are shipped directly from our local warehouses. There is no cross-border direct shipping, which means faster customs clearance, shorter delivery times, and more reliable tracking.

Delivery Time

Order processing time: usually 1–2 business days.
Delivery time: generally within 4 days after dispatch from our local warehouse.
Remote areas or delays caused by holidays, weather, or peak logistics periods may result in slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.
If free shipping promotions are available, the promotion page terms will apply.

Once your order is shipped, we will send tracking information via email or SMS. You can also check the latest delivery status on your order page.

Customs & Taxes

Since orders are shipped from local warehouses, there are usually no additional import duties or customs clearance fees. If local laws require certain taxes, local regulations will apply.
